Hurricane Dorian, which hit the northern Bahamas on Tuesday as one of the strongest Atlantic hurricanes on record, has caused extreme destruction on the Grand Bahama and Abaco Islands and has killed at least seven people there. Evacuations have been ordered for parts of Florida, Georgia and South Carolina as the Hurricane continues to move northward toward the U.S. Casper has established the Hurricane Dorian Disaster Response and Recovery Fund, which is comprised of pre-vetted nonprofits providing on-the-ground disaster response in the region.
