ARFWM is a community-based, all volunteer organization dedicated to helping people overcome economic barriers to abortion healthcare.ARFWM provides direct financial assistance to all people seeking abortions who cannot afford them, including women, youth, transgender, and gender nonconforming-identified people. While our primary commitment is to those from the four counties of Western Massachusetts, we also respond to the needs of those elsewhere in the state, region, and country.Other priorities include raising public awareness of the injustice of legal and economic restrictions on abortion; working to demystify and de-stigmatize abortion; and advocating for legislation and policy supporting reproductive health, rights, and justice.
