About

Emergency food for 100,000 displaced Syrians & Iraqis quarantined in camps, shut off from food, in order to: (1) meet urgent needs (2) support shelter in place for most vulnerable and avoid coronavirus spread; (3) buttress long-term job creation amidst economic shutdown and protect vulnerable from recruitment into further violence.

Preemptive Love Coalition

Preemptive Love works in coordination with the Joint Coordinating Committee, MOMD, and UNHCR to meet food needs week-by-week until the quarantine is lifted and families can support themselves again. We are currently serving camps in Sulaymaniyah and Dohuk and working to get food to at least one town that has been placed under an extreme quarantine due to rising COVID-19 cases inside.
